Six civilians at least were killed and dozens were injured, on Wednesday, by Assad forces bombardment on Idlib and Aleppo.
ِ According to the correspondent of Horrya Press in Idlib, two civilians (a woman and a man), at least, were killed and others injured, due to the bombardment by Assad aircraft on souq Al-Korniesh in Ma`arat Al-Nu`man city center.
“There are victims trapped under rubble, and the civil defense teams are working on saving them. Another civilian was killed in Umm Nir village, in the southern countryside of Idlib, due to bombardment with explosive barrels by Assad’s Helicopters,” added the correspondent.
While in Aleppo, three civilians were killed as a result of Assad bombardment on Kfar Dael town, with artillery shells.
In the same context,, Assad forces targeted with missiles and explosive barrels the villages of Al-Hwaiz, Hourteh, Qarah Jurn, and Joubb Slaimane in Jabal Shashabo in Hama, and the villages of Hawija and Sahriyah in Al-Ghab Plain in the western countryside of Hama.
Moreover, Shahranaz village in Jabal Shashabo witnessed fires that hit the large areas of crops due to rocket shelling on the area by Assad forces.
The opposition factions, on their part, announced the destruction of one of Assad forces tanks in Hamra village, in Al-Ghab Plain in the western countryside of Hama, while the National Front for Liberation announced the destruction of a 23 mm machine gun installed on a pickup truck, in addition to the destruction of a group f vehicles and cars filled with Assad forces, what led to their death with an anti-tank Kornet missile on Al Hwaiz axis in Al-Ghab Plain in the western countryside of Hama.
The National Front for Liberation also mentioned that its members ambushed Assad militias, which led to killing and wounding dozens of its members, in addition to the destruction of several vehicles on the crossroads near Bab al-Taqa village in the western countryside of Hama.
It is worth mentioning that villages and towns in the western and northern countryside of Idlib, and the southern countryside of Idlib, witness an unprecedented military escalation by Assad forces and their militias, supported by the Russian aggression aircrafts; as hundreds of missiles and shells were dropped on the area, in addition to dozens of airstrikes, that led to hundreds of deaths and injuries, including women and children, as well as extensive destruction in houses pf civilians as well as infrastructure, accompanied by a mass exodus of people fleeing the shelling towards northern Idlib, near the border with Turkey.
