The Documentatıon Team of The Syrian Revolutionaries Gathering documented the targeting of four medical centers in November, 2018. According to the team, The attacks were carried out by both the international coalition forces which carried out two attacks, in addition to two other attacks carried out by unknown actors.
Hospitals and medical centers were distributed in a number of Syrian governorates, as one attack took place in each of Idlib and Aleppo, in addition to two attacks in Deir ez-Zor.
The areas where the attacks took place varied in different areas in terms of control. According to the documentation team, there was one attack in the areas controlled by armed opposition fractions, one in areas under the control of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), and two in areas under the control of the Islamic State (ISIS) as well.
