Horrya Press:

The Russian aggression aircraft renewed their raids on the cities and towns of the countryside of Idlib and Hama, on Saturday, which led to more deaths and injuries, in addition to a huge wave of displacement movement among the residents, towards safer boarder areas.

According to the correspondent of Horrya press in Idlib, the raids of the Russian aircraft and Assad helicopters targeted most of the towns of Jabal Zawiya in the southern countryside of Idlib since early hours of dawn, which resulted in the death of a woman in Sufuhon, two deaths in Arinbe, and the death of two children in Mahbal town, in addition to a broad destruction in civil properties and public utilities.

The correspondent added that the towns of Hawweeja, Al- Amqiyah, Kafr Nabudah, and other areas in Al-Ghab Plain, in northern Hama, also witnessed similar bombardment resulted in many injuries, in addition to a wide displacement movement of thousands of civilians fleeing bombardment.

In another context, Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS), announced the destruction of one of Assad tanks in Kafr Nabudah, in the countryside of Hama, after targeting it with an anti-tank missile, as part of “heal the breasts of believers” operation, carried out by HTS in Idlib.

Assad regime and Russia are escalating their operations intensively on the countrysides of Hama and Idlib, by bombardment with aircraft and heavy artillery on several areas, what led to the death of many civilians in the past few days.

The escalation started with the conclusion of the 12th round of Astana talks in the 26th of the past month, in which the “guarantor countries” didn’t agree on forming the Syrian constitutional committee, nor on the fate of Idlib province.

On its part, the European Union (EU) has warned, on Friday, from the danger of military escalation by Assad regime and Russia, in the demilitarized zone in northern Syria, urging Moscow and Ankara to abide by their obligations concerning the Sochi agreement.

Furthermore, the spokesperson of the diplomatic body in the EU called, in a statement, for respecting the agreement, “because a military escalation on Idlib would put at risk the lives of more than three million civilians living in the region, which will lead to aggravation of the humanitarian catastrophe, and increase the risk of continued destabilization in Syria and the region.”
